Tow

Synopsis

Living out of her car on the streets of Seattle, Amanda Ogle is trying to rebuild her life and reconnect with her daughter when her only lifeline is stolen, impounded, and held behind a crushing $21,634 tow bill. Forced into a women’s shelter, she finds support from fellow residents and teams with a young attorney to challenge a system that seems designed to keep her trapped.
