City of Vultures 3

Synopsis

Richard Steele broadens his already extensive criminal operation by bringing the drug trade into his world of felony activity. As his choices deepen his ties to crime, voices calling for community reform urge him to turn away from that path and pursue more righteous endeavors, setting up a conflict between the power he gains through the streets and the pressure to seek a different future.
